Scott that's because nothing will ever change in the long run unless you restore the decentralized system of the founders... The Left can always add corruption & fraud to the centralized deep state far quicker than right-wing reformers can take it away... All the crazy programs need to be sent back to the State level to be more closely monitored... There will still be corruption and fraud but 5 or 10 States will not be alllowed to take down the economy of the whole! Cut all Federal funding for these programs and eliminate them. The localized apparatus in each State is already there and is ready to continue if they wish. Only difference, funds originate in that particular State to be used for benefits in that State only moving forward!
