There is something very dark about this that good faith, gratitude & honor are unable to penetrate it...

A federal judge’s job is modest but crucial.

They decide cases and controversies.

For parties before them.

With redressable claims.

Courts find the facts.

Then apply the law to those facts.

Then order a remedy permitted by law.

That’s it.

Judges wear robes.

Not capes.…
