🤔 by pardoning hophead Hunter is he not essentially pardoning himself? How can you pardon someone for crimes "he may have committed"? In that case, let's pardon him from crimes he is about to commit, or will commit in the future. Insanity, and a great abuse of presidential power...

Here's Karine Jean-Pierre saying over an over again that Joe Biden will absolutely not pardon his son Hunter...

She claimed he wouldn't on at least 4 separate occasions.

If Biden pardons someone--like, say, Hunter or Jack Smith--they can no longer invoke the Fifth Amendment's right against self-incrimination to avoid testifying before Congress or grand juries.

If those pardoned refuse to testify, they can face new charges for criminal contempt.
