As Stated on TRP Friday....

The President should put at least a 30-day or more moratorium on firing people or laying people off. All employers need to implement, where necessary, a short-term work program with reduced hours allowing all people to keep their jobs until the crisis passes. The Federal and State governments would then step in and cover the gap in pay in the short-term. Just as been the case in Germany where they have had great success with such action...
