Supreme disgrace...

Birth Tourism now entrenched for the foreseeable future. Thank you again Coward Little John Roberts & Amy Commie Barrett...

Maybe DJT should quote his favorite President... "John Roberts made his decision; now let him enforce it."

Make these birth tourists a "paper promise" of citizenship. Ignore the ruling & deny them citizenship as it violates the original intent of the Constitution under the 14th Amendment. Make the ruling null & void! Courts can declare unfounded rights, but those declarations depend on the executive to mean anything in practice... Make them understand the difference between legal victory & lived reality...

SCOTUS is just one branch of the Federal Government & never was supposed to have the final say. It is merely one of the three branches with the equal importance of the other two...

To think the Founders fought & won a Revolutionary War to then turnaround & entrust five politically appointed hack lawyers to protect their liberties & run their lives is downright laughable.

If the Federal Government is the final arbitor of it's own power— it's power is bound to become unlimited!
