The Presidential authority as Commander in Chief allows for DJT'S actions against "foreign enemies." DJT has broad discretionary powers. Leftists have 2 legal options. #1 Vote him out. Which they couldn't do. #2 Impeach him. Good luck. Even by the War Powers act of 1973 (which is an unconstitutional attempt to restrain the Presidential powers) he has 60-90 days.
