Justice May not be Blind… But it is Partisan!

I’m going to ask a question that’s been nagging at me recently like a “Karen” next door nagging for me to remove my “TRUMP 2024” sign from the front of my house. Hopefully, you’ve heard in the news that Hunter Biden was finally indicted on federal gun charges. That’s not what’s bothering me, but my question is, who is going to be charged with obstruction of justice regarding Hunter Biden? I think it’s a fair question. Does this really fall into the obstruction of justice purview? I’m curious, so bear with me.

Obstruction of justice might have been a stretch previously, but what does that even mean? Am I forcing an issue that isn’t there? I am going to do something that my leftist counterparts refuse to do and that’s to take an introspective look at my claim and see if there is any merit to it. First, defining obstruction of justice. Merriam-Webster defines obstruction of justice as, “the crime or act of willfully interfering with the process of justice by influencing, threatening, harming, or impeding a witness, potential witness, juror, or judicial or legal officer or by furnishing false information in or otherwise impeding an investigation or legal process.” Wow, there is a lot to unpack there. Didn’t Joe Biden do that when he threatened to cut foreign aid for Ukraine if the Ukrainian DA didn’t drop the case against Hunter? Viktor Shokin shouldn’t be forgotten, why? Because it’s the same game, new turf. Why would Joe Biden abandon an effective and successful game plan even if it is illegal? Short answer, he wouldn’t. He simply has more subtle and lucid agents to do the dirty work for him here instead of relying on publicly threatening a prosecutor to do what he wants. His family has corruptly gained millions from influence peddling, so why wouldn’t he spread his ill-gotten gain around? Slow walk an indictment, lose some paperwork, subtly threaten some officials, throw around the full weight of the office of the President of the United States. He used the weight of the office of the VP, using the office of the president is not a stretch. What happened, did he miraculously grow a moral backbone in a few short years? Doubtful. He would gladly push his grandmother down a flight of stairs for an ice cream cone (and we know how much he likes ice cream), why would you think someone from his office wouldn’t gladly sacrifice a political ally or opponent for his family.

Can you indict the Justice Department for obstruction of justice? It is a compelling question. In reality, you can continue to follow the trail to one person but that would ultimately prove to be a dead end. The Democrat party has proven resilient when facing criminal investigations because they circle the wagons and use the same tired phrases, claiming conspiracy theories or simply laugh and say that the Republican party is focusing on a “witch hunt” instead of focusing on solving real issues that affect our nation. Sound familiar. Here is another question worth asking. Could they be indicting President Trump and others to obscure a different investigation into election tampering and also obstruct justice by forcing through flimsy indictments to distract from the investigation into mail-in ballots that should be happening? Obstruction of Justice. What about the January 6th Committee losing video evidence, misplacing transcripts, and outright destroying evidence to convict people (wrongfully) who were at the capitol, and even a few that weren’t even there on January 6th? Obstruction of justice.

I have always been a proponent of our systems, they are not perfect but the systems are predictable. The truth will eventually come out, but my fear is that I will be dead when we find out. The reality that we face is that there is preponderance of evidence to support that there was a disproportionate number of mail-in ballots to in-person ballots. Since there have been some video inconsistencies and even self-storage units found with weapons and mail-in ballots in Michigan, I shudder to think that we are only providing the Democrat party with time to perfect their process in stealing elections, enforcing the laws they feel are important (not all of the laws), and ultimately obstruct justice. We can see that the left can and will wield the justice department with impunitly towards anyone that opposes them. Ultimately, I believe that their perception of justice is very different from what justice is or should be. Justice may not be blind, but it in the United States today, it is partisan.

Stay informed and yes stay strong my friends.
